Great room, 201, top of the shop, no lifts just stairs but we are fit and able so not an issue. Sea view, my wife watched and filmed the sun rising out of the sea horizon. Room large, clean and ideal. Reception staff very helpful with all queries about local buses, venues, etc. Brewers Fayre adjacent for food, separate review for that.

It's a great location but you do need to walk a fair distance if you can't get food at the location. There is a pub there that serves food but again we couldn't get a table due to some black Friday event. When asked when a table is available they said an hour, being of ill health I didn't want to wait so long. They didn't give any warning they would be fully booked up that day. The staff again do the bare minimum, one room the lights were not working and we asked could they fix it, they said they would and it never got fixed. We needed a bath mat as the tub is slippery and we had to go get it and they had to go look for one. The shower water kept going hot and warm which was annoying. They said it never is like this. If it wasn't the location with the nice views I probably go somewhere else. The breakfast was good all you can eat but it was basically 10 pounds. Not cheap but it is what it is. We booked an extra night and after the first night our cards stopped working. We got new cards and had to do more paperwork which I found a bit odd. Anyway if you have a high tolerance for such things stay here. If not maybe find somewhere nicer for the money.

Location is great right on the beach. Service was polite and warming from reception and morning breakfast staff, good selection of breakfast in the morning unfortunately mine was luke warm. Room was okay, shower area needs some attention and one of the towels was dirty. But overall was a good stay.

Great rooms, brillant view as right on seafront, friendly helpful staff, very clean and tidy Brewers Fare downstairs for grub but bar could do with staying open past half ten on a Saturday night See you all soon Mark&Leah

We have just recently spent 3 nights at premier inn goodrington sands. The staff are amazing honesty, so helpful, friendly and professional. I needed to store milk in the fridge for my little one and got it heated whenever I wanted without any issues. The room was clean and location was on spot on with brilliant views of the beautiful sea. I would definitely stay again when visiting Paignton. Thank you to all the staff at premier inn, you are doing a great job, keep it up! I also would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at brewers fayre located Next door, brilliant food And Attentive service.

Had a super few nights away. Great breakfast, lovely evening meal, room was great. Ideal location on sea front. Staff polite and friendly. Very busy early evening and bar/food area had a wait but to be expected in summer.

Absolutely Awesome hotel right by a fantastic beach with a pub with the hotel next door - all you can eat breakfast £9.99 - Staff are very friendly & welcoming - I highly recommend you stay here!!!

Ideal location for a beachside holiday with children. Even though the weather was poor (which obviously can't be helped) there was still plenty to do in the surrounding area. First time we've taken our young grandson on a beach holiday and he loved it. Would highly recommend Goodrington Sands to families, and the Premier inn location is perfect. Meals at the Brewers Fayre onsite (Inn On The Quay) were superb, plentiful breakfast with a huge variety of items on offer.
